Terms of Sale

Our website is direct sales; Most items are one of a kind items, if you have additional questions or would like to know more information about a particular item, we recommend a telephone or e-mail reservation. Please note, all items are sold on first come first serve basis.

See our Refund Policy here: All items are guaranteed genuine and as described. Items may be returned within a 10-day period for a full refund from time receipt of items.

  • Before returning, please contact us for Return Material Authorization number (RMA#).
  • Upon receiving an RMA#, Items must be returned using insured or registered mail in the same condition as originally offered.
  • Once item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued. If any issues we may contact you.
  • Refund Extension Requests: Any items purchased may be sent to a recognized expert organization. We must be contacted within 10 days with NO EXCEPTIONS for refund extension.

Forms of payment accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Personal or Business Check, Pay Pal, American Express, and cash.

  • New York residents must add the appropriate amount of sales tax.
